San Diego State took all the drama out of being on the bubble by securing an automatic bid on Saturday. The Aztecs beat UNLV 55-45 to win the Mountain West Conference Championship in Las Vegas.
The win got the Aztecs into the NCAA tournament as a #11 seed in the Midwest Region playing #6 Tennessee. Regardless of the outcome, it has been a fun season watching Coach Fisher's boys play close against stiff competition in the Mountain West.
