Yesterday SMBA ’11 started another class: Client Relationship Management (CRM). The class is taught by Aaron LeValley, who works as a Database Manager and Analyst for the Los Angeles Kings. He also has experience working in Sales and Marketing departments for the Oakland Raiders, Phoenix Suns, and Arizona Diamondbacks.Since CRM is becoming increasingly important in the business world, SMBA ’11 is honored to have someone with actual experience with a lot of the programs that teams are using.
